About the Role
BlueMind Therapy LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Dearborn, MI. Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and other appropriate assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
- Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
- Conduct parent training and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure the delivery of ethical, evidence-based ABA services.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and supervising RBTs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of ABA best practices, clinical documentation, and insurance requirements.

Compensation: $100,000.00 per year

At Blue Mind Therapy, we have specifically designed our program to help individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, by focusing on improving skills in the areas of communication, social interaction, independent play, and adaptive functioning. Blue Mind uses quality evidence-based ABA principles to provide services for clients from ages 12 months to 18 years.
